- The remaining balance is due 24-48 hours before the event. If FULL payment is not received by then, your booking is subject to cancellation.
- HEAT DISCLAIMER: Balloons are sensitive to hear and outdoor conditions. While we use high quality materials, we are not responsible for popped or deflated due to heat exposure.
- If you need to cancel or postpone your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within within 14 days of the event will require full payment.
- Any Changes to your order must be communicated 7 days before your event. Changes after this period may not be possible.
